Alice Vela Hill, MPAS, PA-C, is a distinguished, four-time board-certified Physician Associate and Gulf Coast native whose career reflects a rare blend of clinical excellence, artistry, and visionary leadership. With a foundation rooted in service, she began her medical journey caring for diverse populations across adult medicine, pediatrics, pediatric neurology, and orthopedic trauma—proudly serving through the National Health Service Corps.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Texas–Pan American in 2000, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. During this time, she and her husband advanced their shared commitment to healthcare. A decorated Marine, a leader in dentistry together creating a life centered on healing, innovation, and purpose.

While her roots trace back to the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi is where Alice has built her legacy. As the founder of the chic and rapidly growing Hill Med Spa, she has cultivated a luxury aesthetic destination known for delivering refined, confidence-enhancing results to an elite clientele. Since entering the field of aesthetic medicine in 2006, Alice has seamlessly merged science with artistry, becoming a trusted expert in advanced injectable and regenerative treatments.

Beyond her clinical practice, Alice is a respected educator and mentor. She played an instrumental role in developing aesthetic training programs at Texas Laser Institute, where she has trained medical professionals across Texas—shaping the next generation of aesthetic providers with precision, integrity, and innovation.

At her core, Alice is driven by a passion for empowerment—of her patients, her peers, and her profession. She is a proud mother to Vivienne, Timmy, and Penelope, and a devoted wife to her husband, Tim, who remains the foundation of her personal and professional journey.
